Our Machinery

Plasma Cutting System – Cuts steel sheets up to 60mm thick, max size 4000x2000mm

Profile Bending Machine – Handles profiles up to 3mm thick, over 8 meters in length

15 Manual Welding Stations – Continuous wire welding for high-strength joints

Guillotine Shear – Cuts sheets up to 5120mm in length, 6mm thick

2 Band Saws – Cuts profiles up to 300mm thick

Press Brake – Processes steel up to 6mm thick, 5250mm long

Sheet Metal Rolling Machine – Bends sheets up to 2000mm wide, 6mm thick

3 Punching Machines – For precision cutting and hole punching in profiles

2000

Foundation FMB Tubes

FMB Tubes is founded with its first manufacturing facility dedicated to metal carpentry, marking its first step in the production of metal structures.

2006

First A3 prefabricated modules

Alongside the production of steel structures, a new production line is launched dedicated to modular prefabrication for the local market and to support the establishment of construction sites for the modernization works of the A3 motorway.
2018

Construction of the Cathedral designed by architect Portoghesi

FMB Tubes constructs the Cathedral of Lamezia Terme, designed by the world-renowned architect Portoghesi.

2020

Prefabricated Complex for the UNITED NATIONS

Construction in Valencia (Spain) of the mega prefabricated office complex serving the United Nations.
2023

Design and construction for Poste Italiane

FMB Tubes wins the tender from Poste Italiane for the rental of prefabricated office units for postal use as part of the Polis project.
